Orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.

We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Shipping rates are calculated based on order weight and destination.

All orders come with tracking information. Please note, delivery times may vary due to carrier delays.
Domestic & International Shipping

Domestic shipping is available within the USA. Estimated delivery times vary by shipping method chosen.

For international shipping, additional customs fees, taxes, or duties may apply in the destination country. We are not responsible for these fees.
Lost or Stolen Packages

Exotic Skincare LLC is not liable for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. Ensure the shipping address provided is secure and accurate.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unused and in the same condition as received. Please retain the original packaging.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.

Note that there is an automatic 20% restocking fee (with a maximum of $15) that will be deducted from your refund. This will cover shipping & handling fees.
