Can I return Exotic Skincare?Yes. We want you to love your Exotic Skincare purchase. If you’re not totally satisfied, you are able to return your products, please read our Shipping & Returns policy for further information. *Please note that there is an automatic 20% restocking fee (with a maximum of $15) that will be deducted from your refund. This will cover shipping & handling fees.

What's the difference between Subscribe & Save and One-Time Purchase?One of the best things about Exotic Skincare is how many ways it can be purchased. We like to keep it flexible. Subscribe & Save: Get a discount on your favorite products when you sign up for auto-delivery. This way, you’ll always have the product you want… when you want it. We call that a win-win. One-Time Purchase: Try your favorite Exotic Skincare products through one-time purchase(s). This option does not include auto-delivery.

Are you able to ship internationally?At this time, we ship within the United States, including the U.S. territories of Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands. Canada can shop Exotic Skincare at Shopify and on Amazon. We are always looking to expand our distribution, so please check back from time to time for updates.

How often can I get my Subscribe & Save products shipped to me?The choice is yours. You may adjust your auto-delivery frequency to suit your individual usage. We will ship you a new kit every 60 days unless you change your shipment interval. You can chat with us to customize your next scheduled shipment.

How can I change or cancel my order?If your order has not yet shipped and you’d like to make changes or cancel any future orders, you can do so by accessing our online chat feature or calling us at 1-214-444-8889. Please note, if your order is shipping within the next business day, you may not be able to make changes or cancel that shipment. Not to worry though: If needed, you can always return the shipment once it’s received.

How do I return my products?Orders for individual and full-size products can be returned directly through our Returns Portal. You will need your order number and zip code. Returns on subscribed orders will not cancel the subscription itself. Please contact our Customer Service Team for assistance with canceling or adjusting your auto-shipment preferences. To return kits or Bundles, please contact our Customer Service Team by accessing our online chat feature, or by phone at 1-214-444-8889. Kits cannot be returned through the portal. We will always do our best to process your return and issue your refund as quickly as possible. Please allow us 7 business days from the date our system received the returned products to process your refund. Upon receipt, we will credit your account for the price of the items returned minus a 20% restocking fee. Refunds will be issued in the manner by which you originally paid.
